My brother gets gout in his feet every once in a while. It’s not always the same foot and it normally lasts about 3-7 days. He knows some foods that he eats that seem to be related. It seems that whenever he eats some sort of wild game meat, he gets gout. I wonder if that meat has more protein than the meat you buy at the store.
